Therapeutical Web-Systems specializes in the development of internet-based patient programs. Our team includes experts from the fields of medicine, psychology and information and communications technology.

We have developed the psychotherapeutic online-program Deprexis because there is a deficit of qualified care for depressive patients in Germany, Because of the long waiting times, but also because of shame or other reasons, not all the people who need it have immediate access to psychotherapeutic treatment. Deprexis can help in this situation. The program provides depressive persons with swift and uncomplicated access to helpful psychotherapeutic methods and exercises against depression.

Ideal as a supporting measure accompanying medical/psychotherapeutic therapy Experience has shown that it is ideal when the use of Deprexis is accompanied by medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. However, because this is not always immediately possible for a variety of reasons – for example long waiting times – we have structured Deprexis in such a way that it is suitable as a means of filling in the waiting time and as a tested step towards self-help.
